Replacement and Returns Policy
At Speediance Singapore, we are dedicated to providing quality products. We do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, if you experience a manufacturing defect or an issue with your product, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement with a new product.
This decision will be made based on the specific circumstances of the defect.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by our replacement policy:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect purchases.
- Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Price adjustments or reimbursements due to promotions or sales events.
- If you purchase a product just before a sale or promotional discount, we are unable to offer a refund, credit, or price adjustment for the difference.
