Shipping Policy

At THE SMART HOME GYM PTE. LTD., we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our updated shipping policy for details on delivery procedures, tracking, and other important information.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping within 3-5 business days.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays.
- You will be notified of any delays in processing your order.
3. Delivery Process
For Large Items (e.g., Smart Home Gym):
After your purchase, you will receive a delivery scheduling link via email and WhatsApp to select your preferred delivery date.
Standard Delivery Scope
Standard delivery includes placement of the product just inside your home beyond the main door, provided that:
The unit can be accessed directly via lift, or
The unit is located on the ground level, and
There are no external stairs, narrow corridors, or unsafe access conditions.
Unboxing and installation are not included however assembly is minimal and unboxing instructions will be provided. Simply open the box and roll out the equipment.
Access Limitations & On-Site Charges
If the delivery location cannot be accessed directly via lift or is not on the ground level, an on-site access charge will apply and must be paid prior to delivery.
If the access fee is refused:
The delivery will be aborted, and
A restocking fee of $500 will be charged, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Stair Delivery
Delivery involving internal or external stairs can be arranged at:
$50 per floor, payable in advance.
This option must be selected and paid via the delivery link provided after purchase.
Safety & Right of Refusal
For safety reasons, the delivery team reserves the right to refuse delivery if the stairs delivery
Too narrow,
Occupationally unsafe, or
Likely to pose a risk to the property or personnel.
In such cases:
The item will be delivered to and left at the ground floor or designated safe area, and
We recommend engaging a third-party specialized mover to complete the delivery.
The staircase fee paid will be refunded to the client in full
Re-delivery
If re-delivery is required due to no one being present to receive the item at the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee of $200 will apply prior to delivery.

For Small Items (e.g., Accessories):
- Delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery day without prior arrangement.
- If no one is available to receive the package, please provide instructions to leave the package at your door during checkout.
- If re-delivery is required due to no one being present to receive the item, a re-delivery fee will apply.
4. Delivery Tracking Information
- After your order is processed, you will receive a WhatsApp message (for large items) to arrange your preferred delivery date.
- For small items, you will be notified via WhatsApp message with delivery updates.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an WhatsApp message when the delivery is approaching.
5. Failed Deliveries
- Large Items: If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, the item will be returned, and re-delivery charges will apply.
- Small Items: If no instructions are provided to leave the item at the door, and no one is present to receive the package, re-delivery charges will apply.
To avoid extra fees, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or leave clear instructions during checkout.
